The backpack is very thick and sturdy. The buckles and hardware are also high quality, not plastic.

The best customer service I have ever received in my entire life. USPS lost my package and they helped me out every step of the way. I took the bag out for some shots today and it was comfortable and held all my gear perfectly. I was able to carry my laptop batteries lenses just fine. Highly recommend this bag to anyone.
