The pull tabs on my straps came off on the first day...I just put some buttons/pins on the ends so they don't fall through and it works just fine for me(: the look of the bag is great and it's sewed nicely. I just wish the pocket on the inside wasn't the same depth as the backpack itself

High quality backpack. It is the perfect size for a day trip - not too big, not too small. I am very happy with the item and found the vendor to be very communicative.
