WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP
All orders are printed on-demand after your order is received. We are real humans hand-printing each and every order :) We do our best to ship all orders within 5 business days. However, if you need your order soon please be sure to add RUSH PROCESSING.
RUSH PROCESSING & UPGRADED SHIPPING
All orders that upgrade to rush processing will be processed and printed same or next business day. All domestic orders will be upgraded to USPS Priority mail and should arrive within 2-3 business days, after shipping. International orders only receive rush processing and will still be shipped via USPS First Class mail. Contact us directly for an upgrade to priority mail on international orders or express (1 day) shipping for domestic orders.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
All orders 15-ounces and under will be shipped via USPS First Class mail. These orders usually arrive within 2-5 mailing days after shipment. All orders over 15-ounces will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. These orders usually arrive within 2-3 mailing days after shipment. Express mail is available upon request.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International orders 4-pounds and under are shipped via USPS First Class International mail. These orders usually arrive within 10-20 mailing days after shipment. All orders over 4-pounds will be shipped via USPS Priority mail. These orders usually arrive within 6-12 mailing days after shipment.
NOTE: These timeframes are approximations based upon our shipping experience. However, sometimes your order may take longer if it is delayed by customs. Sorry, we can't live close to everybody!
IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Medium Control cannot be responsible for custom duties, import tariffs, taxes, and fees. Please be aware that you may be required to pay these additional charges when the package reaches your country. UK CUSTOMERS: The United Kingdom almost always charges local taxes and custom fees. We are unable to determine these fees and such fees are not covered by the amount paid to us for shipping. If you have any question about such fees it is best to consult with your local post office before ordering.
LOST ORDERS AND/OR INCORRECT ADDRESS
We ship all domestic orders with "Delivery Confirmation" service to your Etsy shipping address. If an item becomes trackably lost in the mail we will replace or refund the item, subject to availability, at our expense. However, if an item is shown as "Delivered" by USPS, we are unable to replace that item or provide a refund as "Delivered" status serves as guaranteed confirmation and receipt. However, with all that being said if you believe your order has been lost and/or delivered to an incorrect address please let us know.
Returns & Exchanges

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Returns and exchange details
Please notify us either by etsy convo or email ("kristy@mediumcontrol.com") of your intent to exchange or return your item. All returns/exchanges must be verified by us via email before the item is mailed back.
THE FOLLOWING ITEMS CAN NOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED:
1. Art Prints & Drinkware
2. Garments worn and/or washed are not acceptable returns. Shrinkage due to washing is not a defect and is not an acceptable return.
3. Backpacks or Bags used and/or worn.
4. Items in your possession for longer than 30 days.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you received FREE SHIPPING for your purchase you WILL be charged a return shipping fee for any returned or exchanged item. This amount is determined based on our original shipping costs. For both returns & exchanges the customer will be responsible for shipping the item back to us. Additionally, due to the nature of printing all orders on-demand (we print what you order) we also charge a restocking fee (see fee schedule below). Returned items will be issued a refund for the original purchase price minus restocking fees & shipping fees. There is no restocking fee for exchanged items.

IF YOU PAID FOR SHIPPING: We will cover the cost of shipping out a new exchange items to you. You are responsible for shipping the original item back to us. Purchased the matching shirts for father's day. Impressed with quality. Very soft. Only negative is the shirts are very long and they don't have sizes for my 3 yo. Jumps to 4/5 from 18 mos. Could pass as dresses for both dad and son 😅😅😅. But very comfy. Fast service.
