I love it but it did come with a little hole in it. I don't really care but I'm sure some really would.

I love the look and design of this bag, especially all of the pockets! When it arrived, I was excited to finally get to wear it to class. After putting my 3 textbooks and folders in it, I grabbed a strap and went to put it over my shoulder when I heard a tear. The strap hasn't actually torn (yet) but it definitely stretched and became a little separated from the bag. I stopped using it for books (which is the whole reason I bought it) but if the strap does tear away from the pack, I will be very disappointed.

Bag is of great quality. The fabric is strong and is put together to be very sturdy. Bought it as a gift for a friend and she loved it!
