I was going to leave a 1 star but then the bag came. I went 5 days with no update from the seller. I had to contact the seller after 5 days and he told me he forgot to send me the design mockups. I waited another 5 days for him to ship it. Now this isn’t his fault but it took another 7 days to get to me. So, at this point I was mad but now that I have the bag it’s so stinking cute, I can’t stand it! I got TeeTurtle pins and some other pins from HotTopic and slapped those bad boys on there and I’m in love. The only thing I’d warn against is the straps are kind of short so if you’re overweight (like me) it’s a bit of a tight fit. Also there’s only one side pocket leaving the bag asymmetrical BUT that pocket fits my phone(IPhone 11pro)
